Assistant Facility Project Manager - (San Jose, CA)

Responsibilities * Be familiar with Cushman & Wakefield and Adobe policies and procedures as they relate to your position and job summary * Review proposals, prepare analyses, and make recommendations to management * Work with facilities manager, space planner, and building operating engineers to plan, budget, analyze, and oversee tenant improvements and building systems related projects, deriving from the capital asset plan * Forecast costs and scheduling and track costs against budget * Review and evaluate drawings and documentation; provide analysis and perspective to management on all projects * Oversee and monitor contractors and vendors. Work with facilities manager and procurement to prepare, specifications, write RFPs, take and analyze bids, and let contracts * Meet regularly with management, contractors, and engineering to provide updates on project status * Walk projects on a daily basis to review progress, quality of work
