Maintenance Mechanic I The East Georgia Housing Authority is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to perform skilled maintenance work in plumbing, electrical, automotive, and structural systems/equipment, grounds maintenance, and basic property upkeep. Requires HS diploma and with 3yrs background with the listed maintenance skills. Education may be substituted for 2 yrs of background. Any offer of employment will be contingent upon receipt of a satisfactory Criminal History Report, driver's history, & drug screen. All new hires must complete the NAHRO Managing Maintenance training and pass the proficiency exam within 1 year of employment.
