Food & Beverage Supervisor - (Catoosa, OK)

SUMMARY The Buffet Supervisor is responsible for overseeing buffet operations with Manager’s guidance to include execution of operations, inventory, food and/or beverage costs, labor costs and operating expense. Ensure excellent guest service standards are maintained and adhered to. Uphold excellent quality of food and/or beverage products and services. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Includes the following (Other duties may be assigned): • Oversee daily operations of buffet. • Provide leadership of staff and foster a positive and cooperative working atmosphere. • Maintain safe and sanitary work environments for both employees and guests. • Responsible for administrative work, ordering and paperwork. • Upholds a safe and sanitary working environment. • Responsible for interviewing and assessment of personnel. • Introduction to the financial aspects of food/labor/operating cost. • Duties may differ by work location. • Performs other job qualifications as assigne
