To interview incoming patient/resident or his/her representative, record details required for admission to the Medical Center, obtain insurance info and patient signatures upon admission or prior to discharge, perform duties as a cashier, receptionist, and data entry clerk; prepare and distribute 3rd party payor forms as required; answer calls for the clinic; other tasks as assigned by the supervisor of the department. May be assigned to any physician specialty (ie. Orthopedics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Neurology) in the clinical operations department.
