Due to our overwhelming success we are experiencing tremendous growth and currently have an opportunity for a Full time Operator/Scheduler to join our team at our Rockville Centre Office. Responsibilities: Answer phones in a professional manner. Schedule appointments for patients. Obtain and enter patients demographics info. Direct calls to other departments as needed. Use sound judgment in handling calls, especially with upset patients. Understanding of when to escalate calls to physicians/practice manager/triage nurse.
