Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain physical plant and facility equipment such as chilled water system, low pressure boiler, compressed air systems and HVAC building systems. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of plant and facilities equipment and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of equipment during machine service. Perform/manage facility equipment improvement projects. Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of process and building systems. Read and interpret equipment manuals and blueprints to perform required maintenance and service. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments. Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
