I will be leaving Greenville on the 1st of March (moving overseas) and I am looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease in a two beds apartment with a lovely female housemate. The apartment is in the 1st Street Place Complex and rent is $650 per month, plus a $150 one time administration fee. I will pay the subleasing fee.
