UNUSED Commemorative Navy Tote Bag for the USS Frankford DD-497. From reunion held in either Washington or South Carolina, this tote bag was given to members. Although unused, it collected dust after sitting in a closet for many years. Freshly cleaned and laundered, the item is made of sturdy cotton canvas fabric and is in excellent condition. There are no rips, no holes, no repairs, no stains,. Just wrinkles in the fabric. Machine Washable and Dryable. Father was on the ship during World War II and stationed in the Atlantic, serving at Normandy on Day Day. Sadly, we do not have any children or other living relatives.
