Items are fastened and include colorful things to feel, pull, zip, button, slide, etc. 2 layers are laced together to form fringe which can also be used as a fidget exercise. If desired, the purchaser can unlace an end and insert stiffener, bag of rice for weight, etc. according to the recipients needs.
