Rare WATT Apple Pottery Advertising Pitcher Vilas & Co. Storm Lake, Iowa. WOW! Totally mint condition....the best I have seen. No chips, cracks, crazing, wear or damage. Crisp shiny glaze. #15 5.5" tall. 5 1/2" wide from spout to handle. No signs of use. Storm Lake is a city in Buena Vista County, Iowa. The Vila family in 1924 established a high quality poultry processing plant. This company is a part of Iowa history. Now home of Tyson, Sarah Lee, Hillshire Farms. This pitcher is from when they were a turkey farm and I guess sold animal feed.
