NEW IN BOX! Vintage 1974 MARX Toys Tin Two-Story 5 Room Doll House - $295 - (Glendale, WV)

This Marx Toys doll house has never been opened, which is a rare find for Marx collectors! This was found in a family member's estate. As you can see, the box is in excellent condition. In my last picture, you'll see a bit of a crinkle in the corner of the box. The integrity of the box is not damaged. This has been stored in a non smoking home. The box has never been opened.
