PURCHASER WILL NEED TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO DISAMBLE THE UNIT AND MAKE SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS. UNIT IS LOCATED IN WILSONVILLE OREGON (SOUTH OF PORTLAND OREGON). WE HAVE NO HISTORY FOR THIS UNIT. PICK UP ONLY. UNIT IS ASSEMBLED AS PICTURED. At first of month disassembly will begin on this unit. At present unit is complete all hvac, ventilation, fire suppression, and power is present. Everything attached to the clean room goes. Starting March 1st. Systems and unit will begin being disassembled. At that point, parts and systems will be sold. As we are not clean room savvy once disassembled we will not be able to assist in it reassembly. If looking for a high quality unit this is it. Walls are clad in aluminum with 2.5" of foam in the center. Exterior measurements of clean room are 24’ by 36’ with a 4’ by 13’ bump out. Room is 10’ tall with an area of 14’ high. Interior dimensions are attached on a sheet. Unit was built by American Partitions Clean room has 6 rooms each with a door. There is a small assembly area. Unit has 14 HEPA filters in the ceiling.
