The crane was new back when it was installed in a "prototype" room for a high tech manufacturer where the facility director states that the crane was used minimally. Most of the photos show the crane previously assembled but it is now down and ready for delivery. A drawing also shown in one of the photos illustrates the basic structural parts that are included and their lengths, the distance from the floor to hoist trolley is also shown which was 11' 2-3/4" to the center of the trolley's load pin at it's previous installation. The pictured CM LODESTAR hoist and power festoon is all included and requires a 3 Phase power supply* *Presently I have a 120 volt CM LODESTAR available as an alternative to the included 3 phase unit... for more details or to reserve the alternate 120v unit please message me before purchasing to be sure of it's availability! Condition: The crane's structural frame components are all true, the bridge's end trucks and hoist trolley are all in perfect operating condition, the hoist operates perfectly and the festoon is all good... it's a solid system.The only issue is strictly cosmetic as the painted finish on the crane frame's posts and beams could probably use refinishing.
