Lot of 2 Windsor Sensor 12 Commercial Upright Vacuum Cleaners - $150 - (Lumberton, NC)

Both items come as pictured. After testing one vacuum works, the other one will power on for a second or two, then off, and continues to do that. Both could use some cleaning up. Also both have some writing on the outside. These were used in a commercial environment, so they show signs of heavy use. Again one of these is sold as non working for parts or repair and the other one is in working condition.
