Customer Service Representative - (Silver Spring, MD)

The Leisure World Community located in Silver Spring, MD, is seeking a full time Customer Service Representative to process order requests, prepare initial work orders, generate invoices, and receive payment for maintenance and repair services. This schedule hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. DUTIES Processes verbal and written requests for service to be performed by the maintenance personnel. Consistently provides excellent customer service to customers and takes care of customer needs. Directs customers to the appropriate service department. Generates initial work orders and schedules service requests. Creates and dispatches appropriate billing documents when service work is complete. Researches customer accounts and responds to questions about service or invoices. Acts as the liaison to the Foremen of each service department. Prepares and maintains schedules and reports for the assigned service department. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
