Add Me to Your Favorite Sellers Olivia's Vintage would like to present this 1972 Fender Precision Bass in its original Sunburst finish. The weight is a very comfortable 8 lbs. 7.2 oz. It has a great playing neck with great frets. It's all original with the exception of the jack, pots, and the winding for the bass side pickup as it has just been rewound by Lindy Fralin. A ground wire has also been added which is why the shielding panel was relocated underneath the pickguard. It's also 100% complete including its original chrome covers, and original hardshell case. Underneath the pickguard you'll see a route for a battery. At one time this bass housed active electronics, but the original pickups are now back in place along with a set of pots from 1975. It's in EXCELLENT condition with only minor nick + dings, and other cosmetic wear. The bass itself remains structurally sound with no cracks, breaks, or repairs. All electronics work and sound great.
