vintage lady/soldier paul siallar picture reprint - $35 - (Cando, ND)

this vintage picture is 13 1/2 x 16 1/2 in size the name on the pic is paul siallr or siallp it is faded so cant see very well. the picture is a lady with soldier at a dance party. it is paper behind glass in a wooden frame. there is water stains and dust on picture. the back is cardboard with rusty nails and 2 hooks on sides with rope fabric which is gone. there is writing on the bank with pencil but cant read it. the frame has a few chips and pictures show more details thanks.
