Vtg 24 Slot BIRELEY'S Wooden Bottle Crate w/ 15 Glass 7oz Bottles USA ~EUC~ - $60 - (Kirksville, MO)

You are looking at a Vintage Wooden BIRELEY'S 24 Slot Non-Carbonated Orange Drink Bottle Crate with 15 BIRELY'S glass bottles! This AMAZING sat was found in an old machine shed! The crate measures 18" x 11-3/4" x 8" and features 24 slots that measure approximately 2-1/2" square.  Structurally, the crate is still in great condition with the biggest issue being a broken slat on the bottom.  The outside is faded but you can still see the graphics on the inside.  From what I can tell it reads, DRINK / BIRELEYS / IT'S NOT CARBONATED / NEVER RUST (or Bust?) / BUILT TO LAST / BOTTLE BOXES / GENERAL BOTL CO / KANSAS CITY / K-39.  I have not found a date, so I am unable to provide you with it's age.   The 15 bottles measure 6-3/4" tall, 2-1/8" wide and hold 7 oz of fluid when filled to the top.  Eight of the bottles are in near perfect condition while the other seven do present with minor chips or stains.  Each bottle is marked,"Hollywood California".  I have dated the bottles back to the 1930's!  Please refer to the photos for additional information but feel free to ask questions!  This item comes from a SMOKE-FREE environment!  Thanks for looking!
