Advance Lifts Recessed dock lift. Purchased new to use as an all weather alternative to an indoor forklift and never got around to installing it. The lift itself sat outside on its delivery pallet for two years, the power unit has never left its delivery pallet and has always been stored indoors, listing as used for this reason. Operator and instructional manuals go with lift. I will ship this, but will not arrange freight. Lift weights approximately 3000 lbs, I will replace original pallet with machine skid, and fold side rails down. I have a scale on site to get an exact weight.
