A 50 year collection of memorabilia all in excellent condition displayed in a non smoking environment. Custom framed pictures, first edition books, wall hanging plates, neon clock, subway telephone, videos,dvds, Marilyn merlots, the Velvet Collection (pre warehouse fire) christmas ornaments, original editions of Life Look TV Guide and original news articles, calendarsw, purses, umbrellas, tin signs, records, lunch boxes, coffee mugs, puzzles, figures, tins. Sold individually these objects would garner three times this asking price. The Velvet Collection has been seen to sell on ebay for $1500 a bottle.   Many of these items were obtained through the old Remember Wenn store and Metro Goldwyn Memories as well as other  nationally recognized collectors.
