1994 Hallmark Victorian Elegance Barbie doll - $10 - (Burlington, KS)

This special edition brunette collector doll, dressed in a red velvet Victorian skating outfit, was the first in a special collection made for Hallmark by Mattel. She is often known in Barbie collector circles as the Victorian skater. She has never been removed from the box.
