1976 $2 TWO DOLLAR BILL MISALIGNED ERROR NR - $6 - (Edenton, NC)

Up for auction is this 1976 misaligned $2 bill. Found in an old book, the bill was certainly circulated and shows folds and some discoloration, there is also some glue like residue on the reverse side (book binders glue?). Feel free to ask any questions. Thanks for looking
