Vintage presidential portrait of Mexican president Jose Lopez Portillo.  Signed by President Portillo back in the early 80's . Signature is authentic. He was President of Mexico from 1976-1982. He died several years ago. Anything signed by Jose is extremely rare. Framed and measures about 24" x 28" in nice vintage wood frame. This was a original presidential portrait and signed by Jose for a Mexican friend of ours who worked for him back when he was president and recently passed away. Exact age unknown but early 80's .
