White House Black Market Quilted Belted Puffer Vest XS - $50 - (Williams Bay, WI)

From White House Black Market, this puffer vest features a black quilted shell, a fabric elastic belt, a double zip front closure and rhinestone accents at the belt closure and zipper pull.  Shell, fiber fill and lining all made of 100% polyester.  Size XS, bust measures 17.75 inches across, waist measures 15.75 inches across and vest length is approximately 24 inches.  EXCELLENT, pre-owned condition - some pulls from the filling from normal wear, but no other flaws.
