Unit Description Sodexo--is currently seeking an entry level-- CHEF Manager 1/Sous Chef to join our team at--St. Mary's Good Samaritan Hospital--a--three year old ---25 bed Critical Care Hospital in beautiful Oconee Co./ Reynolds Plantation Area in Greensboro, GA.----In this highly visible role, you will directly participate in all of the daily food production--operations for their--patient feeding using Chef's Select Patient Dining, Catering, and their--high end Cafe / Restaurant with a 45 seat & outdoor area.--Responsibilities include:--supervision and ongoing development--of up to twelve non-union hourly associates,--over-site--of food production/--portioning, including--hands-on food preparation with a focus on creative and fresh concepts, food costing, inventory/purchasing
