Designer - (Quincy, IL)

DESIGNER GARDNER Denver, an international corporation with over 1 hundred locations throughout the world has an exciting opportunity for an engineering Designer at our Compressor Division headquarters in Quincy, Illinois. This position is primarily responsible for CAD design of Compressor and Blower products, assemblies and components, complicated layout and detail drawings, bills of material, and/or technical machine composition assignments. REQUIREMENTS / REQUIREMENTS: Expertise to work autonomously, or as a team with engineering personnel to produce detailed engineering documents. Min of 2 yrs 3D-CAD design background, preferably with complex mechanical components along with sheetmetal design and fabrication. Working expertise of 3D-CAD systems, preferably AutoDesk Inventor, however other 3D systems considered. Outstanding written and spoken communications skills required to be effective with customers and company contacts.
