Position summary: - Background with furniture planning, pricing, purchase orders and contract coordination. - Space planing - Must be able to calculate: BOMA standard - Coordinate turnkey installation schedules with sub-contractors. - Autocad - Run preliminary space planning and design meetings. - Working atmosphere: small office of 5, will be client facing Requirements: - Must have over 5 yrs of commercial interior design background - Select design finishes and furniture, prepare specification boards. - Must have comprehensive knowledge of commercial planning, building codes, and BOMA standards.
