Warehouse/Assembly Supervisor (2nd Shift) - Meritor WABCO - (Hebron, KY)

The Warehouse/Assembly Supervisor will be the functional supervisor for Meritor WABCO activities including product distribution, assembly, and material handling. This position will be responsible to ensure operational resources are planned appropriately, drive improvement to increase efficiency, and initiate action to prevent operational errors. The Warehouse/Assembly supervisor will be responsible to support and ensure a safe workplace atmosphere for areas responsible. Job responsibilities: • Supervise the receiving, storage, picking, packing & shipping of material to meet customers’ qualifications with the correct packaging, quantity and part number. • Coordinate and / or perform safety audits and inspections. Investigate all accidents / incidents and report out to management. Develop corrective action plans as a result of these investigations and implement plans. • Monitor and manage employee and operational performance to exceed established goals and objectives.
