Titled 'In Honour of the Water Clans' it measures 30" x 48" and is signed. Mark Anthony first started painting and exploring his Ojibway heritage at age thirteen. As an artist, Mark has been painting professionally for over twenty years. He is inspired by the spiritual dialogue with mother nature, examining the relationship between animals, birds, fish, and humanity. In 2008, Mark created a sculpture for the City of Vancouver's Eagles in the City public art project. In 2012, Mark received the American Moonbeam Award for his children's book Ojibway Clans. In 2013, he designed the poster for Aboriginal Awareness Week in Montreal.
