This vinylis in good overall cosmetic condition with some surface marks and blemishes from normal use. Please refer to the pictures provided below for more details on the condition of the item.We were able to power this unit on using the included 110VAC power cable. The unit seemed to try to move the table, but it didn't move much at all. It also seemed to try to move the head a little. The first time I powered it on I could press some buttons and it seemed to make changes. The 2nd and third time when I powered it on it had a red light on and I couldn't do anything with by pushing the buttons.We do not have any of the software or dongles that would go with this vinyl cutter. Due to our very limited testing and the limited response the plotter will be sold as-is. Feel free to ask any questions and thanks for bidding. We are unable to test this unit beyond what is stated above. This item was purchased from surplus. We see no outward reason that it will not function fully. However, given that the we cannot fully test it, this device will be sold as-is. We guarantee this device to only perform as we have described.
