Job DescriptionResponsibilities: Research and resolve inquiries in a call center environment.Work to meet individual and team goals for service level agreements on a daily basis.Provide 1st call resolution and root cause analysis.Conduct process improvement in daily duties.Interact with clients via telephone, email and face-to-face interactions.Participate in an industry training program to gain loan servicing skills and background.Other duties and projects as assigned. Requirements: College diploma preferred2-4yrs' background in call/contact center operationsExperience working with dialer systems in a call center environment preferredStrong communication abilities, written and verbalStrong listening skills and interpersonal relationship skillsStrong problem resolution skillsStrong work ethic, including strict adherence to work schedule times and deadlinesSuccessful completion of six-week new hire training program
