Position description * Will work under the direction of the Facilities Manager. * Main positions pulls inventory to fulfill customer orders. * Assist walk in and phone customers * Load and unload trucks * Cross Train with other job specific departments; Receiving, Stock Handler * Participate in safety, security and emergency response policies and programs in order to contribute to the application of effective Health, safety and environmental compliance qualifications in the workplace. * Maintain good customer relations both on the phone and in person * Gather details from customers to help identify and solve problems * Answer billing questions * Complete general clerical duties as assigned * Work as a team with Service and Sales * Smile while talking on the phone Job responsibilities * Possesses a valid driver's
