Leviton HCM06 DHC Dimmer - Ivory - X10 technology - $35 - (Mandeville, LA)

This listing is for Leviton HCM06 switches that I pulled from my house. Price is per switch. All switches were working when I pulled them and I just bench-tested them to make sure they still work. They are in very good shape - the paddles are clean, there is no paint on them, maybe just a little drywall mud on the leads. When I pulled them I disconnected everything rather than cut them out, so all wire leads are intact, none were cut. Be aware that there are 2 differences between these switches and brand new ones - First, HCM06 switches are rated to 600 watts but these were installed in multi-gang boxes so I removed both side fins, therefore these have been "de-rated" to 400 watts, which should be fine for most lighting loads but if you have a fixture with a bunch of bulbs or load with a bunch of ceiling cans, you may want to make sure the total load is under 400W before buying. Second, new switches will come with ivory and white paddles but these only have the ivory - I must have thrown away the white paddles when I originally installed them. I no longer have the install sheets but they are easily found online and I can send them to you via eBay Messaging if you have trouble finding them. I also have a few MS00R-1 switches for sale, which are the companion switches for 3 or 4 way installations, so be sure the check that listing if you need some.
