Job Code: TSGW4913 Position title: DESIGN ARCHITECT Job classification: Architectural Compensation range: $60,000 to $80,000 Salary Location: Wichita, KS Local Location: Education Qualifications: Bachelor`s Degree or Master`s Degree Position description: Generate space plans and assist with schematic drawings Prepare construction documents and other deliverables/materials as required by Project Manager/Partner Prepare presentation/color boards Develop color palettes and select materials for projects Prepare interior renderings for conceptual designs or presentations Communicate with Project Manager/Partner on project status as requested Manage materials library and industry representatives Position qualifications: Accredited degree in interior design or interior architecture 5-10yrs of background Must be able to work with deadlines, multiple projects and multiple teammates Knowledge of materials selection, interior detailing and space planning
