Ref: 18 002 20 janvier 17 Nice specimen of rare micro Natrolite crystals and Microcline crystals on back of the specimen from Poudrette quarry, Mont St-Hilaire, Quebec, Canada. Found in June 2004. These minerals react at UV light (SW). These Natrolite crystals react in fluo green color. This specimen of Natrolite is very more pale green than the picture. The Natrolite mineral is rarely fluorescent in Poudrette quarry. These Microcline crystals react in pink raspberry color. Good specimen for thematic or fluorescent collection. Specimen size: 3 1/4 x 1 to 2 inches, 1/2 to 1 1/4 inch thick. Since December 2005 only few minerals were found in the Poudrette Quarry.
