Ironstone cup and saucer tea leaf USA - $12 - (Hertford, NC)

Cup is marked USA but saucer is not. Cup is 3 1/2" x 3", saucer is 6"..Matches a set of bowls listed separately. I was told this was a giveaway from Quaker Oats, but don't know for sure.
