This sale is for a Civil War era Bowie style knife commonly used by Confederate soldiers. All my items are out of Eastern North Carolina. This knife is in good condition considering its age. it has been well sharpened over the years, taking away from some of its bowie shape.There is a German maker's mark. Age is determined by construction methods.
