I have ten Sylvania LU400/SBY Bulbs 67539-1 Ballast S51. Seven of the boxes are sealed and three unsealed. I believe the unsealed boxes contain new bulbs. They certainly look new to me.Listing is per bulb and I have a total of ten available.The base of the bulbs is larger than a household bulb. I believe this is called a mogul base.I am no lighting expert. I will guarantee to mail these to the winning bidder upon payment.
