This position will work in conjunction with government health/wellness personnel and leaders to develop and implement a comprehensive population health social media strategy that results in increased beneficiary engagement with population health programs and initiatives. This position will serve as a subject matter resource for primary and secondary intervention strategies to command personnel responsible for delivering interventions to population health beneficiaries.
