MEIJI period NETSUKE, cherry wood, artist signed, Foo or SHISHI carved NETSUKE!! - $200 - (Peoria, AZ)

I took this wonderful little Netsuke to the Antiques Roadshow in Tucson Arizona in 2015 & had it appraised, at which time the man told me the name of the artist & I did not have anything with me to write it down so I cant remember the name.Its Meiji period.Cherry wood. It measures aprrox. 2" high, has inlaid horn eyes & is in superb condition! It was appraised at between $3-400.l!! Shipping fee comes with full coverage insurance! Comes from a smoke free environment! ( I apologize I could not get a better photo of the signature but its very small)
