Made by Protec, this is a Bullet Bags 16x16 Tom Drum Bag! This holds up to an 16x16 drum. Bag shows some cosmetic wear with dirt and fraying in the cloth. There's a few small holes that don't seem to go all the way through. Carrying handle is fully intact. Zipper is on track and fully functional. Interior of case is fairly clean.
