Radiologist - (Radiology) Locum Tenens - (Aberdeen, WA)

Our client in Northern Washington is looking for one week of coverage per month starting in April. BC General Radiologist with MQSA certification. Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM (10 hour shifts) and possibly Saturday and Sunday ten hour shifts. Average daily volume is 80-100 studies per day. Radiology(locum tenens) is a medical specialty that diagnoses and treats internal diseases (such as tumors) with the use of imaging technologies including X-ray radiography, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), ultrasound, and nuclear medicine. The role of the radiologist includes developing pictures and interpreting the data. Interventional radiologists utilize these imaging techniques to perform medical procedures, typically minimally invasive.
