Production Supervisor - (Marshall, MN)

Position summary: Assignments include coordinating department production processes to use all resources to meet or exceed goals. Plan and coordinate activities to support SQDIP targets. Assist with the development and implementation of SOPs. Motivate teammates, identify opportunities for improvement, and assist in identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Position responsibilities: four year degree preferred. 5+ years manufacturing background. 2+ years supervising associates and addressing performance issues. Must have strong organizational, prioritizing and multi-tasking skills. Background in Lean Manufacturing. Multi-lingual is a plus.
