Kodak Bantam Special Art-Deco Camera Beautiful jewel of a camera! Designed by Walter Teague in 1936 (known as the “Dean of Industrial Design”) it is one of the most beautiful art-deco cameras produced. Uses 828 film. This one is a pre-war and in very good condition. The lens is a Kodak 45mm f/2 Anastigmat Ektar in a Compur-Rapid shutter. Needs a shutter overhaul; the camera fires but sounds the same at all speeds. B and T are sticking. The rangefinder focus window works great. The exterior paint shows some scratches and wear from use (see photos), but overall this one presents very nicely. Includes original leather case (a bit rough) and instruction manual.
