Animal Care Attendant - (Silver Spring, MD)

Royal Pet Haven located in, Alexandria, VA, (Opposite Huntington Metro Station) is a Doggie Daycare Boarding, and grooming facility. We are looking for part time/full time employees to start as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will have reliable means of transportation, flexible schedule to be able to work morning (6 am - 2:30 pm) & or afternoon shifts (2:30 pm - 8:30 pm) including some weekends. MUST BE OVER 18, a motivated, self-starter and be able to work unaided. Must be able to clean the store and take initiative, walk, feed, play, greet customers, and microsoft excel in customer relations. Perfect applicant will have all these qualities PLUS a professional outward appearance. Candidates with previous knowledge of, or the expertise to learn, pack-behavior will be preferred. Must be able to clean and maintain play rooms- clean cages and facility -Lift about 50 pounds-Be comfortable with large groups of dogs. Email to schedule an interview, No walk-ins please.
