Guest Services Manager / Hotel Front Desk Manager Advance your hospitality career! The Holiday Inn & Suites, a full-service, 257 guest room hotel, is seeking an experienced Guest Services Manager . Applicants are required to have demonstrated successful management of staff and issue solving abilities. Must possess a tolerance for ambiguity, and expertise to develop and promote a strong, empowered, service focused team. Responsibilities: This position actively manages the hotel’s guest services department with a staff of 25 to 30, including positions of guest services representatives, reservationist, bell persons, guest Activities, and Security staff. Administrative duties including hiring, training, and scheduling staff. Coaching and conducting reviews, approving pay and incentive plans. Resolving, and teaching others to resolve, guests concerns to meet guests’ satisfaction. Communicate guests’ needs and coordinate special requests.
