NOTE: Please see many more photos at the bottom of our listing! Superb and totally original example that wears 100% original American lacquer finish. Hand engraving on the bell is as sharp as the day it left the factory. Never damaged, still has the original pads which are in fine condition! Note the lacquer around the edge of the pads (see photos) as Selmer USA installed pads before lacquering the saxophones. Even the low C pad is still very clean! Superb example, very original, very close to perfect. It's unlikely you would ever find a nicer one. Serial number is 229,303. Price includes original American case in perfect condition. The leather binding on the case edges is still perfect! With original "LT" Larry Teal mouthpiece, Selmer Paris ligature and mouthpiece cap. We've decided to sell this one with the original pads, as it plays very well as it is, but if the new owner wants a full re-pad on the saxophone we'll do it in our shop for FREE anytime within the next two years. It's a superb Mark VI alto made in 1974, probably one of the last Mark Six altos ever made and a true "closet queen".
