Instructional Designer - (Philadelphia, PA)

This Instructional Designer role will be responsible for the design, development and light facilitation of a diverse set of learning materials to support our SAP implementation as well as other business needs. This individual will partner closely with key business partners to translate business intent into engaging learning materials, with a focus (though not exclusively) on digital-1st learning methods. This individual will analyze learning needs, design and develop classroom, blended learning solutions and on-line as well as do some in-person facilitation. S/he will be Proficient with editing and adding basic multimedia assets to educational content. This includes photos, audio and video clips, and other graphical content. Capable of designing linear e-learning layouts that use best practices to introduce, reinforce, and remediate info.
