Software Product Support Specialist - (Greensboro, NC)

Our software is used in the hospitality and restaurant industries. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, energetic individual who enjoys working with people in a team environment providing software and technical help desk support to customers and co-workers. Hours The Product Support Specialist shift covers 12:30 pm to 8:30 pm Monday through Friday but may also be required to work varying shifts, as well as share in the nights/weekend on-call rotation. Responsibilities This position will be primarily responsible for supporting sophisticated hospitality and restaurant operations software. This position will also be involved in implementation, support, and training. Sof a cohesive team are essential traits needed to succeed in this position BA/BS degree.
