Laboratory Trainer - (St Charles, MO)

Lab Support is looking for a Laboratory Trainer!! This is a great opportunity to come join the team of a well-established bioanalytical contract research organization here in the St. Louis area. Laboratory Trainer assignments include, but are not limited to, the following : Participates in development of technical and hands on training for BioA personnel. Training topics may include methods, techniques, platforms, laboratory equipment, practices for materials handling and waste, documentation as well as EHS. Performs laboratory training for scientific and support staff. Participates in method transfer from Development/Validation to Sample Analysis by training staff and analyzing initial samples ensuring a smooth transition. Administers Method Qualification program to ensure analysts/scientists remain current and qualified to run methods by review of method documentation, demonstrating methods, running side by side, and observing personnel qualifying.
